Anyone miss the treasures from v1.04?

In other words, do you want to find tons of useless crap to feed to vendors in the future?

Never played 1.04, but I can tell you now, multi-player game monster drops (in this ver., 1.05 patched with b1.04) are a bit extreme. Its as if a group of monsters (skeletons in act 2 tombs for example) drops a pile of loot like Big D. Very hard to find anything, and add in the disabled multi-player auto gold grab to make things worse in this aspect. Single play isn't so bad when it comes to the drops, though, with half being grabbed by auto-picker.

Did the drops used to be more intense..? If so, my goodness. LOL :biggrin:

Probably not relevant anymore, considering the posting date, but since it 'got bumped':

Treasures... Eh, maybe.
Vendor-food? Not so much, especially with boss golddrops + autopick.

I found the treasures cool, but useless for anything other than taking up space. However, I liked the system, since there were 80 treasures and you always were discovering new ones. It added a cool effect to the items system. Of course, that doesn't change the fact that it's still useless.
